Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Netherlands

  • European Union (EU)

We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience delays in processing or stock availability, we will contact you by email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination:

  • Netherlands: 5–7 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed, but they reflect common delivery times for specialty coffee and small parcels within the EU.

4. Shipping for Coffee Accessories (Dropshipped Items)

Some accessories (e.g., grinders, drippers, kettles) may be shipped directly from our EU-based fulfillment partners.

In these cases:

  • Delivery times may differ slightly from coffee shipments.

  • Tracking may come directly from the supplier.

  • Packages may arrive separately.

  • Packaging may differ from Van de Natuur branding.

We will notify you if an item will ship separately.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Carrier options available

All shipping fees are displayed before completing your order.

6. Order Tracking

For orders that include tracking:

  • A tracking link is emailed once the order is dispatched.

  • Dropshipped items may receive separate tracking numbers.

For untracked shipments (if applicable), we will notify you of dispatch.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where required.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While delays may occur, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Netherlands: after 14 business days

  • EU: after 21 business days
